Reverse Trike Motorcycle Club

For sale is a Morgan replica project that I have started but am too busy to finish. I owned a JZR for years and have built this trike along the lines of the JZR - primarily 1x1.5 inch rectangular tubing following the JZR chassis design and dimensions. The main chassis is pretty much done. The front end has unequal length A-arms with Harley coil over shocks. The rack and pinion, spindles and brakes are Chevette; Jag adapters and MGC (15 inch) wire wheels with new tires. The engine/transmission is a Honda CX650. Driveshaft is made and in. Rear is the CX650 swingarm and related part of the motorcycle. Wiring is stock bike - just laying on the frame so that the engine can be cranked. I have a fiberglass nose to go with it - Speedway motors big track "T" style.

The chassis needs to be finished - some pieces are tack welded in, some are completely welded. The firewall needs to be built and installed as does the gas tank. Exhaust pipes need to be made. Some sort of boot and bonnet need to be fabricated, though I'm working on a foam tailpiece to glass over. I may finish that or I may never touch it again. The rear swingarm and related supports have been hacked up and may need to be taken out and refabricated. This 2 passenger 3 wheel vehicle was professionally engineered for maximum fuel economy and good performance. It is registered as a motorcycle with a clean title and has approximately 3500 miles on it. The chassis is made from aircraft materials and components utilizing an Indy car style rocker arm double wishbone suspension. The engine is a 250cc liquid cooled, four stroke, DOHC 2 cylinder with a six speed transmission. It weighs just 505 lbs with a .16 coefficient of drag.

For safety it has 4 point seat belts, roll bar and front mounted IMPAXX crash foam as now used in NASCAR sides. The front headlight is a very bright projector HID and the rest of the lights are LED. The front turn signals are integrated into the rear view mirrors for aerodynamics. As pictured with the car tires and full canopy, it achieves 105 mpg cruising on the highway at 65mph. When equipped with the pictured motorcycle tires (not included), and a smaller rear sprocket, it achieved 125 mpg @ 65mph.

Also included is a separate windshield that bolts on after removing the canopy.

The Trike is worth quite a bit more than the asking price, but I have enjoyed it for several years and I'm ready to pass it on. I need and want my garage space, motivated seller. Reverse Trike Stinger MK2 with Fireblade Engine. Engineer designed and built, the bike powertrain is a Honda 900 RRS four cylinder 893cc Fireblade giving 128bhp, with a six-speed sequential change gearbox. Performance is fantastic with 380 bhp per ton! The engine revs to 11,000 with the power band coming in at 6,500 revs. The rear tyre is a 205x 17” Bridgestone to enable the driver to utilize fully the super bike performance. Equally the trike is happy to be driven in a more relaxed manner returning up to 45 mpg!

There is full instrumentation and radio, two comfortable seats with headrests and full harnesses. The trike was SVA’d and first registered 2007; it has a current MOT and Tax.
